Shifting from Unhappiness to Happiness

“I am one of those, who have all the happiness around them. But still they find out reasons to feel unhappy and dissatisfied. And i Accept it”

Why so….??

Why I am like that..??

May be Sometimes i am influenced by what other people have and what they do. I start comparing. I start feeling their life is better than mine.

This cause the sense of discomfort in me, And i start feeling unhappy. As a result i go in search of happiness. Which Actually i have with me. Because i have all the reasons to be happy.

I have a wonderful family.

I have a decent job.

I earn enough to survive.

I have my own house.

I have almost healthy body.

What else anyone could expect from life to be happy…??

Then why i forget all the reasons to feel satisfied and happy and try to find out the happiness in what other do and try to follow their footsteps.

Revealing your weakness isn’t easy. Yes, this is one of my weakness. I am trying my best to  come out of this negativity.

I hope I feel happy, I feel positive, I feel satisfied. 🙂

Sailing Paper Boat:: Kagaz ki Kashtiyan

IMG_3522

Don’t let flow your words and thoughts in the sailing boat of a paper.
Because a paper’s boat can’t sail against the high waves of ocean.
Perhaps,  This burden is from the pyramid of cluttered confused words of mind.
If words are clean and transparent enough then Boat of paper also sails over the ocean.

Meaning: Don’t let your emotions see by this careless world. This world will not understand them. Your emotions, your thoughts will be lost into the darkness of this world.

The Author says “ Your words should be clear and transparent enough to understand by this world. Indeed they will listen and follow them. This is the power of clear and strong thoughts”.

Myth about applying Sindoor

By Hindu tradition, Women are supposed to wear Sindoor to show their marital status. It symbolize that woman is married. We follow the norms and protocol of society blindly without knowing the facts. Today I will discuss one fact about Sindoor “ What is the significance of Sindoor?”

In ancient times, women used to apply the sindoor with their hair part line. It symbolize their marital status as well as application of sindoor by married women carries physiological significance too.

This is so because Sindoor is prepared by mixing turmeric-lime and the metal mercury. Due to its intrinsic properties, mercury, besides controlling blood pressure also activates sexual drive. This also explains why Sindoor is prohibited for the widows.

Sindoor should be applied right upto the pituitary gland where all our feelings are centered. Pituitary gland is located at the centre of brain which controls many harmons.

Coming to modern era, we have forgotten the purpose of application of sindoor. What we have just remembered is connection Sindoor to Marital status.

Moreover, Now a days Sindoor is not just composition of turmeric-lime and the mercury, it has lead also which is toxic in nature. So application of sindoor doesn’t suffice the purpose for which this norm was created. Women now a days doesn’t apply it upto the Pituitary gland. So, it doesn’t regulate any harmon it just symbolized marital status only.

So, Next time when you apply Sindoor, Think why you are applying it.

Prayerise, Picturise and Actualise

Today I was reading one book “Power Of Positive Thinking” and I come across a chapter “Prayers”.

The power of prayers was expressed in an very unique and experimental way.

  • Prayerise : Talk to God in a very clear and simple way. Believe that he is around you. Tell him everything. Ask him whatever you want.
  • Picturise : Picturise what you want. Visualization of things which you want to achieve is best practice in achieving them. Picturise all positive things around you. Picturise like you have already achieved the goal.
  • Actualise : Once you follow these two practice, third one will happen that is actualise. Your dreams come true and you will be actyually what you dreamt for.

Quote 765

The Voyage of Yoga

Grey Keyhole

One day you will realize, nobody had locked you, You yourself held the key after which you still stopped yourself from all the beautiful experiences you could have had…

Yet when you turn the key in the keyhole, you realize the futility of the entire purpose and just push the door to find it unlocked anyway…

Sometimes the door is always open, just because it has a keyhole does not mean its locked, maybe someone just let it be open for you…

Take the opportunity, enjoy the moment and live life to the fullest, you never know which door was open and which closed…
